Pardo Consultants did the 3D MEP Coordination and Fabrication for the 265,000 square feet and $66.4 million project in all Mechanical Rooms and four Penthouses. The fabrication drawings done for the Mechanical Contractor were an integral part in winning an award in 2003 for achieving the highest standards for craftsmanship in pipe fitters. Pardo Consultants generated 3D color coordinated drawings and walk-through image enhanced videos of the mechanical rooms to help the installing contractors visualize the construction site.
