New Matamoras Elementary/Middle School --- New Matamoras, Ohio

A new Elementary and Middle School for the Frontier Local School District has approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of area. This project also follows the Ohio School Facility Commission. These buildings have five main variable air volume air handling units with terminal boxes and reheat coils serving the academic areas, office, cafeteria and gymnasium. The Heating plant for the building is composed of two 3,000 MBH flexible water tube boilers and 210-ton air-cooled chiller with thirty percent ethylene glycol. Heat recovery wheels are used to recover sensible and latent heat from the relief air of the building.
